A modern holiday home was designed on a sloping plot of land by the Ionian Sea.

This study proposes the linear development of two main building volumes and a guest house, ensuring that they do not overlap.

The house is arranged over four levels, following the natural slope of the land. Its unique design offers unobstructed views of the bay while maintaining complete privacy.

To ensure the buildings harmonize with the surrounding natural landscape, they are clad in stone, and parts of the roof are designed to support vegetation. The overall composition is enhanced by discreet wooden structures that provide shade and protection from adverse weather conditions.
