Efi Sklaveniti Architects, in association with construction practice Sklavenitis SA, is an Athens-based studio dedicated to the design and realisation of refined residential and mixed-use architecture.

Established in 1958 and active along the Athenian Riviera since 1973, the practice has spent decades cultivating a body of work distinguished by clarity of form, technical rigour and an enduring architectural sensibility that transcends period and trend.

The studio’s work is grounded in the philosophy of Timeless Design — architecture defined by clean lines, balanced proportions and a restrained aesthetic that maintains its integrity across generations.
