Efi Sklaveniti Architects, along with the construction company Sklavenitis SA, has a rich legacy spanning 66 years. Founded by Dimitris Sklavenitis in 1958, the firm remains a family business, currently managed by his children, Efi Sklavenitis (Architect Engineer) and Spyros Sklavenitis (Civil Engineer).

Based in the Athenian Riviera since 1973, the firm specializes in architectural design and construction of luxury residences, offices, shops, and apartment buildings. They are known for creating timeless projects characterized by minimal aesthetics and clean design lines. In construction, the company places a strong emphasis on using high-quality materials and ensuring the durability of its buildings over time. Many of their projects have been featured in both domestic and international publications and have received international awards, including recognition from Build in 2022.
